Our friendly cows happily graze our pastures in the warmer months. They love meeting guests!
The Doghouse Lounge
Our rustic-luxury lounge and patio are available for guests to raise a glass, read a book, play a game, or simply hang out and take in the views. In the mornings, help yourself to coffee, tea, locally made yogurts and homemade granola.
Lawn Games
Frisbees, disc golf, cornhole and more. A variety of lawn games are available for guests to enjoy on site.
Kids Fun
Children of all ages will delight in exploring nature and simply playing outside. We have plenty of outdoor toys for guests to use, plus games and art supplies for rainy or chilly afternoons.
Community Garden & Apple Orchard
Snack on an apple or cook up fresh produce in your cabin. When in season, guests are welcome to help themselves to our community garden and apple trees.
Iron Mountain Cabins
Make one of our rustic mountain cabins your adventure destination. Pack a picnic, warm your bones, or take a load off. The views won’t disappoint! Note: these cabins are not currently available for overnight stays.

The Innstead Trail Network is home to miles of ski trails. Enjoy blissful meadow loops and fierce expeditions alike – all without leaving the property!
The Pike Glades
The Innstead trail network is home to The Pike Glades, a network of glades skiing trails designed and implemented in collaboration with the Granite Backcountry Alliance.
Sledding
Guaranteed fun for your kids or your own inner child. Sleds are available for use on our designated sledding hills.
