Seeking outdoor adventure near Littleton New Hampshire? Come explore what we like to refer to as the quiet side of New Hampshire’s White Mountains. The Innstead Mountain Getaway sits atop 2,000 pristine acres at the western boundary of the White Mountain National Forest. Located in rural Pike, NH, this space has long been a setting for family and community sustenance. John and Joan Wolter purchased the land in 1976 from a local family of dairy farmers for use as an idyllic space in which to carry out their pioneering experiential education vision. In collaboration with the Wolter family, The Innstead builds upon this legacy today by providing an authentic experience for guests who seek the comforts of an inn with a genuine connection to this rustic natural landscape.
